There will never be a perfect time to start a cleanse, but set yourself up for success and don’t begin on a week where you have major social obligations.
Can I have artificial sweeteners while on this cleanse?
Artificial sweeteners are discouraged for several reasons, the least of which is that they increase cravings for more sweets. While limited use of more “natural” sweeteners such as Stevia are okay in moderation, advanced cleansers will want to avoid these for the reasons mentioned above.
