1 box Tandoori Seasoned chicken nuggets (Saffron Road)
2 bags frozen veggies
1 bag broccoli slaw
1 small onion, chopped
1 tbls. coconut aminos (Braggs or low sodium soy sauce will also work)
1 tbls toasted sesame seed oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Optional toppings:
Chopped cilantro
Chopped green onion
Toasted slivered almonds

Cook frozen veggies in a large pan over medium heat. While veggies cook, chop onion and add into pan along with the broccoli slaw. Season with coconut aminos and garlic poweder. While stir fry continues to cook, heat chicken according to directions. Total cook time is about 10 minutes. Plate stir fry with a drizzle of sesame seed oil, cilantro, green onions and slivered almonds.
Cilantro is a detoxing power house, which is why I use it as much as possible in my recipes. The green onions are great for warding off cold and flu.

This is a recipe for those evenings when you have no time! It’s a perfect winter recipes because of the powerfully detoxifying herb cilantro and green onions for warding off colds and flu.
